Rewards may not be applied to past orders. No adjustments will be made to prior sales. Rewards may not be redeemed for cash, nor can they be applied to gift certificate purchases. Void where prohibited by law. The Dapper Baby may modify or terminate this program at any time and may do so immediately without notice or cause. Membership in the program can be revoked at anytime, and any outstanding points and rewards can be nullified if the Dapper Baby deems the member has operated outside the spirit and/or rules of the program. | Can I combine my Reward bonuses with other non-Rewards coupons and promotions? |

If the other promotion involves using a coupon code, then that promotional offer will take precedence over any discounts you receive as part of the Rewards program. However, you can use your Dapper Dollars in combination with other coupon codes and offers. |
| Can I get credit for past orders? |

No. Unfortunately we are only able to offer Dapper Rewards for new orders. |
| Do my rewards expire? |

Yes. Once you join the program, your points are collected for one year from the date of your enrollment into the program. All earned benefits will expire at the end of the program year. |
| How do I use my Dapper Rewards? |

It’s really simple! Just shop at thedapperbaby.com as you would normally. Once you've placed your order and it has shipped, your DapperRewards Points will be deposited into your account and will be redeemable in 1 day. Once you have earned enough rewards you can redeem Dapper Dollars and apply them toward purchases at your discretion. For more info on Dapper Dollars, see the next question. |
| What are Dapper Dollars? |

It’s Dapper baby currency and they are just like dollars, but they are only redeemable toward purchases you make at www.thedapperbaby.com. Dapper Dollars are rewarded at the rate of $5 for every 100 points collected. Once you start to earn Dapper Dollars, you can at your discretion decide how much you want to redeem for your purchase and your order total will be reduced by this amount. Remember, Dapper Dollars are not redeemable for cash. When you redeem Dapper Dollars, you will not receive Reward points for that portion of your purchase. If what you're buying costs more than the amount your Dapper Dollars can cover, you'll have to pay for the balance with a another form of payment (e.g. credit card). |
| What are Dapper Points? |

Dapper Points are rewarded for every dollar you spend on our products (after promotional coupons and excluding dollars spent on shipping, gift wrapping, gift certificate redemption, free gifts and sales tax). Once you join the program, your points are collected for one year from the date of your enrollment and will expire if not used within that program year. Therefore your program will start anew every 12 months. Points are placed in your account once the order that earned you the points is shipped. Sorry, but points and Dapper Dollars from multiple accounts cannot be combined. Redemption of Dapper Dollars will NOT count toward new points. The Dapper Baby reserves the right to nullify and subtract points and rewards when an order has been cancelled, returned, or is unable to be delivered. |
